As humankind invents increasingly sophisticated technology our universe opens outward and inward:  we are continually re-made in the process.  During my career I have explored aspects of nature which are invisible to the naked eye, drawing freely from science for my inspiration.  Using photomicrographs as source material I spent 12 years painting the dazzling world of crystals.  Then i learned that invisible energy fields could be captured by means of Shlierian, Kirlian, infra red and thermographic technologies.  The images I discovered here were startling to say the least, so I felt compelled to paint them also.  When photographs taken through series of galaxies and nebulae.  Thus I have fulfilled my purpose of making invisible worlds visible from the micro cosmos to the macro cosmos.  I am presently creating a body of abstract work which draws from my experience with invisible universes.
