| How
it works:
1. SUBMIT YOUR WORK
You send up to 20 images of available artworks and I will then create a
webpage for you on our front
page under "Permanent Artists" at http://www.worldfineart.com. Be
sure to include: photo of
artist (optional), title, size, medium and prices of artworks, along with
statement and resume.
2. PROMOTION MATERIALS
We then create promotion materials like email ads and postcard invitations,
which you will approve
and that will be sent out on a monthly basis to the monthly contacts (Art
Galleries, College Galleries,
Museums, Foundations, etc.) with a primary focus on the New York art market.
3. MONTHLY REPORTS
You will view the results of each months contacts online at a specific
web address.
4. YOU DECIDE
Once you see what the contact is offering, you can elect to participate
in an exhibition (gallery),
submit for approval (corporation), join that organization (coop) or refuse
that organization. You tell me
what you want me to do for you given the information provided.
5. RESOURCE MATERIALS
The resource section of the provided website, is for your review to examine
alternatives and make
suggestions for monthly submissions.
6. EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES
In addition, you will be notified of special exhibitons organized by World
Fine Art, art fairs and artwork
submission opportunites. It is your choice to participate.
Primary Goals:
1. To develop a client
list of individual collectors interested in your work.
2. To participate
in group or solo exhibitions on a consignment or sponsored basis.
3. To contact galleries,
foundations, museums and corporate art collectors for sales.
4. To have your work
licensed for publication in various media. (optional)
Services:
1. One year contract.
2. 30% Commission
on sales.
3. Monthy progress
reports online.
4. We create a website
for you online at: http://www.worldfineart.com/yourlastname on frontpage
of website.
5. This is not an
exclusive agreement and you will own all marketing contact information.
6. This contract is
terminable only if the client has proof of services not being performed
as outlined in this
agreement, with a 30 day notice. Otherwise this is a one year committment.
7. Agent has no decision
making power (on art sales, exhibitions, etc) without Artist's express
authorization.
8. Independent contractor
status. Both parties agree that the Agent is acting as an independent
contractor.
This Agreement is not an employment agreement, nor does it constitute a
joint venture or partnership
between the Artist and Agent
9. Update and maintain
a marketing resource base published online for artist use.
