ONLINE ARTIST AGREEMENT for NEW ARTISTS:
  • Up to 8 images to be included in the online gallery for 1 year at a cost of $200

Conditions:

The gallery takes a 30% commission on sales derived by the gallery and a 10% commission on sales referred and closed by the artist. When a collector purchases a painting,  the artist will be notified and the artist ships the insured works to the collector. If  the collector lives in New York, the artist can ship the works to the gallery. 

The gallery receives payment up front which includes shipping fees to reimburse the artist.  After the collector receives the works in satisfactory condition, they have three days to accept or return the artwork undamaged.  Once it is finally accepted, the artist will receive payment within a week of acceptance.
