Permanent Artists Schedule

PERMANENT ARTIST POSITIONS are for those who want year round gallery exposure and front page presence on our website. It is also an opportunity for the gallery to develop a more personal relationship with the artist. Services include assistance with the current marketing efforts of the artist, arranging advertising, securing appropriate mailing lists, providing paperwork for visas and exhibition confirmations, etc.

Basic Services Include: .One wall for 11months as specified (closed for the month of August) . .Featured artists webpages includes 20 images per year and $25 for each additional image or change of image without sale. Marketing Services: . Assistance with getting Visas. . Assistance with acquiring targeted mailing lists. . Letters of recommendation . Placing Ads in magazines. . Press release writing. . Storage of up to 10 average size artworks. . Monthly or frequent rotation of artworks on artists wall . Direct mail campaigns (additional expense) . Postcard invitations printed (additional expense) . Use of gallery as mailing address for mailing promotions . Listing in Gallery Guide and ArtInfo Website (additional expense) . Invoice on Sales for confirmed market value of sale. Terms / Conditions: Representation fees may be paid on one payment, two payments or in exception, payment arrangements. Sold works would be subject to the regular 30% commission fee. All payments are non-refundable. Shipping: Artists are responsible for shipment of artwork to and from the gallery. Both UPS and Federal Express ship worldwide with insurance and return shipment arrangements. Insurance: All artworks are insured while in the galley's possession.

Conditions: The gallery takes a 30% commission on sales derived by the gallery and a 10% commission on sales referred and closed by the artist. When a collector purchases a painting, the artist will be notified and the artist ships the insured works to the collector. If the collector lives in New York, the artist can ship the works to the gallery. The gallery receives payment up front which includes shipping fees to reimburse the artist. After the collector receives the works in satisfactory condition, they have three days to accept or return the artwork undamaged. Once it is finally accepted, the artist will receive payment within a week of acceptance.
